Today I took a day off from work to take time for myself. I have been very busy with work and just wanted me time. However I really wanted to blog as I have not been blogging a lot lately! So today I am writing about my make-up for today. As I was running some errands and I sort of wanted to look presentable. This look contains some drugstore and some high end make-up So here is the look I decided on;
Firstly I started with moisturising my face with my Etos day cream and my Clinique eye cream. I do take time to take care of my face as its winter and I don’t want to get dry skin.
Afterwards I start with my favourite foundation combo. The Bourjois healthy mix in Vanilla and my MAC strobe cream. I dot this product over my face and stipple the product over my face with the Real Technique beauty blender.
Then I take my favourite Maybeline Fit me concealer in shade 010 and taking care of my dark under eye circles and some random spots on my face.(
Once I have a blank canvas I start priming my eye lids with my ELF primer in colour sheer (I believe).The writing on the packaging has sort of got rubbed. I cover the lid with semi sweet from the Chocolate Bar pallet. Then I place salted caramel in the crease and pat the colour Marzipan on the inner third of my eyelid for some luminosity.
After this job I start darkening my white face with my Etos bronzing powder. It has some shimmer in it but I like it. Afterwards I contour the hollow of my cheeks and temples with the MAC give me Sun bronzer!
For my cheeks I used two products. I use the Accesorize sweet cheeks cream blush in rose and the MAC sheertone blush in peaches. Firstly I used the cream blush as a base to make my blush stay all day.
At this stage my face is nearly done except a few touches. I fill in my brows with the Rimmel brow pencil in dark brown and highlight my eyebrows with the Anastacia highlighting brow pencil. I cover my lashes with the Boots N07 Extreme length Mascara.
The last step is choosing a lippy to go with the look. As this look is really natural I went with the L’Oreal lip lacquer in 600 Nude Vibrato.

My apologies for the crazy hair I am hoping to do some damage control this week by visiting the hair dressers. The only thing I have to do now is change out of my housewear and go run some errands.
