Hi everybody, dear readers and loyal subbies,
As you know I love me a Face mask and I am also a big fan of Garnier. Therefor fate and my purse decided to get the Garnier Skin Active Hydra Bomb Masque.
The Mask claims to hydrate, reduce wrinkles and make your face look brighter and that in only 15 minutes! Hydration and reducing wrinkles are very important to me, so if this works great!
The steps are simple, apply the mask to a clean face, afterwards remove the blue film. Leave the mask on for 15 minutes and massage the residue of the serum in your face. You can also remove the excess serum of with a cotton bud. But hey I like to use each mililiter of the serum.
Thumbs up for
Great Smell! Fresh and Fruity
Price +- € 3,00 A great price I would say
Skin feels hydrated after use
Thumbs down for
Does not fit the head very well
Slight burning sensation when wearing mask.
Feels slightly tacky after use
Do not notice reduce in wrinkles after immediate use
Overall thoughts
First thing I notice when I apply the mask is that I get hit with this really great smell . Really fresh maybe even a bit fruity. But then problem one arises! Either I have a really big head or this mask is real tiny. It does not frame the face wvery well. Also I must say I feel a bit claustrophobic in this mask. Secondly this mask should be suitable for sensitive skin however in the beginning I notice a slight burn. Not massive but still there.
Eventhough there are some minuses to this mask, I would not fully mock it. The mask hydrates and the price is affordable compared to some other masks I tried in the past. Also it might be that the ingredients in this mask need some time to work. Maybe I will the notice the result next day. I would use it again.
To the sheet mask lovers out there! Have you tried this mask? What were your thoughts on it? If you want, please feel free to leave a comment.! If you like posts like these please feel free to roam through my little space on the internet and like and subscribe as you wish.

I have yet to try this out but I’m super curious! Great post 🙂
Hey Julia, Thank you for your comment! I think it is worth a try. XoXo Kim
I’ve tried this and I did like it, just find the price point to be a little high for a single sheet mask, when you can get them for less than 1/3 of the price from Korean brands. But like I said, it’s a good, super hydrating mask and I did not experience any burning sensations with it (my skin type is more oily, acne-prone than sensitive though).
Thank you for your comment. Totally agree that overall Korean masks are cheaper. Unfortunately I have not really spotted these in our drugstores. I did buy some masks in Bali and they are like at a similar price point like the Korean ones. But trust me for the Netherlands 3 euros can be cheap.
XoXo
